As our Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR / BDR), you are the commercial engine that kick-starts strategic sales opportunities. You proactively identify and qualify leads / prospects within global process industries — ensuring our outside sales managers always have high-quality sales conversations lined up. Through tailored outreach, sharp questioning, and value-based messaging, you uncover real challenges where Aloxy’s technology can make a difference.
You act as the essential bridge between Sales and Marketing. Leveraging campaigns, trade shows, LinkedIn outreach, and targeted account plans, you build relationships, nurture intent over time, and secure those first crucial meetings. You can explain the basics of our solutions in a clear and confident way, while gathering the right insights to prepare impactful demos and proof-of-concepts. In addition you collaborate closely with our outside sales to help them develop existing clients with tailored super sharp outreach to key decision-making units. You are our Rainmaker. You will help us convert mega-deal potential into tangible revenue — globally.
• Demand generation & qualification — proactively prospect, identify and qualify new business opportunities in our target industries (chemicals, oil & gas, process)
• Pipeline development — map stakeholders, discover use cases, nurture leads, and prepare opportunities for Sales Managers across regions
• Commercial enablement — provide structured CRM documentation, share market insights, and continuously refine messaging and outreach effectiveness
Aloxy focused to create an easy to install robust sensor for the chemical and oil and gas sector to be adapted to any valve. The sensor captures the valve movement and is a disruptive technology for manual valves to monitor the position (open, closed and intermediate positions). The sensor can be mounted to the valve without alterations to the valve or any unique brackets or customization.
The industry 4.0 transition is in full motion and more and more industry majors are investing in IoT and wireless network infrastructures. • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Sales, Marketing, or equivalent experience;
• 7+ years of experience in B2B sales development, inside sales, or lead generation, software, tech, or industrial solutions preferred;
• Strong communication and listening skills with confidence to approach senior stakeholders;
• Interest in IIoT, automation and/or industrial technologies — eager to learn and explain how they work;
• Strong organization and CRM discipline: you like building a structured and measurable pipeline;
• Ability to navigate complex corporate structures and understand decision-making authority;
• Persistent and self-motivated with proactive initiative and ownership of results;
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
