It is all about that first impression.
Nathalie joined Aloxy a month ago and we are curious about her first impression. We asked her five questions to find out.
What is your first impression about the Aloxy team?
What stands out immediately is that there is no real hierarchy, this is very pleasant since everybody is approachable. It does not happen a lot that you can just chat with the CEO. Besides that, the atmosphere is great, it is very open and at the same time focused towards a common goal. Everybody contributes from his own expertise to something that makes us all proud.
It was a surprise how quickly everybody embraced me even though we were all limited by COVID-19 and we communicated mainly online. It made me feel welcome and I can’t wait to meet everybody in person and join my first company drinks!
What is your first impression about the Aloxy product?
Firstly, this product is unique, the more I learn and hear about it, makes it clear that this is a unique product that nobody in the market has today. Secondly, it becomes more and more evident to me how many hours were spend on creating the product and technology, every detail is thought of. This is real innovation and that instantly made me proud.
What is your first impression about the company?
First thing that comes to mind is the knowledge level in this company, to work with the best people in their respective knowledge field is an amazing experience.
A second aspects is that Aloxy is already working with renown global companies like BASF, DOW and Shell, how cool is that! Often startups do not get this opportunity until the market trusts the product or company to be ready, in this case companies want to be involved in an early stage. Being involved as a project manager in so many pilot projects with large international companies is again amazing to be part of.
How would you describe your first impression of Aloxy in one word?
Any final comments?
It is an honor to be the first woman in the team, it seems everybody is treated the same and I look forward to work in this diverse environment.
